Online Aggregate Sales Terms

**All deliveries will be confirmed VIA Email or Phone prior to delivery - We will schedule ahead in advance and accommodate as much as possible!


Delivery Terms of Service:

  • Delivery beyond curb is at buyer’s risk 
  • Returns are not accepted/Sales are final unless the products is incorrect
  • Ordering online and acceptance of delivery releases McGee Construction from responsibility for property damaged during delivery.
  • We require an adult (18+) be present for deliveries or an area prominently marked for delivery dumping location
  • We strive to exceed your expectations both with our service and products. Please contact the office if have any questions or concerns.
